The 2012 MINI Cooper hardtop starts at $20,200 for the base model and the MINI Cooper S hardtop ups the price to $23,800. The premium John Cooper Works hardtop starts at $30,600. Standard features for the 2012 MINI Cooper hardtop are a new 15-inch, 7-hole wheel, an optional interior mirror with digital compass and additional interior seat colors.

As we expected, those prices fit squarely within the sticker ranges for hardtop and convertible Mini Coopers. Base prices for the 2012 Cooper hatchback range from $20,200 for the base model to $30,600 for the John Cooper Works. Pricing for the Cooper convertible starts at $25,650 for a base model and runs to $35,800 for the John Cooper Works trim.
